  4. I'll begin to track progress & adjust as needed. Monthly performance reviews, KPI tracking will help guide the success.
  5. Ongoing Support will be provided — On-demand guidance and follow-up coaching as needed.

How long does coaching take?

My Office Manager Coaching program is a 3-month program.

Team Training modules can be single sessions, multi-week, or an in-office day, depending on your needs.

Do you travel for on-site training?

Yes!  I will travel anywhere within the U.S. for a 2-3 day on-site training session, as an add-on. ​
